Zombie Party... HELP!

My bestie is doing a birthday party for her niece who is turning 19, she wants a zombie party... any cool ideas?? I think she is doing black and white, grey colors... thanks for any ideas!!!

I did a zombie walk party last year and I have some other music suggestions. Also, Halloween shops sell online year round. You'll find tons of decorations.
