I couldn't figure out what was causing the scale to go up this past week. I was doing everything the same as ever. Then, it dawned on me... the only difference was I was taking zithromax for a sinus infection. Once I finished the pack, the water weight started coming off.
Just thought I'd share so others could be more conscious of this and less panicky than I originally was.
