Yummy!! Homemade tamales!!!

Yuuummmmm!!! My husband's mom and dad just got back from visiting his family in Texas. They brought back some homemade chicken tamales! I can make them, but they are so time consuming that it is nice that someone else made them!

They also brought back a traditional Mexican dress for Olivia. I'll have to get a picture as soon as I get batteries in my digital camera!

Yummy!!! I want more!!!

oh Yummy...........I live so far from my Hispanic family. I never get homemade tamales and do not know how to make them! LOL Sometimes my mom might come for a visit at Christmas time, and we will make them together, but you are right it is a pain in the duff!

Yummy!! I love tamales. A friend's mom makes them for holidays and to sell and they are sooo good.
