Yum.... it's different and part of Yuma culture...7 different varieties so hard to determine good queso and so so...as for the similar sour creams border style in a jar.. much better than tub sour cream..a little spendy but our luxury

Ivar's is the best..if you can eat it cold.. it's good... fancy HOA Park has a good cook.. but didn't make it this season...so when I take my one day staycation at the lazy river resort I am going to have clam chowder... something exotic than border food
