Yultide Fantasy tour???

I've seen this mention only 2 times that I can remember with someone saying it was fun but no details. Has anyone taken this tour during the Holidays? Wondering what is it like, where do they visit, any details about the tour itself. Only 3 months to go

We went a couple of years ago.

We started at MGM. Walked through the Osbourne lights. Talked about the Christmas theming in movies and other things.

Went to Epcot. Discussed the different holiday traditions of other countries.

Went to GF and WL.

Went backstage to where they make the decorations and store them during the rest of the year. We had the chance to make a decoration the Disney way.

Were supposed to go to MK but due to weather delays, ran out of time.

I've read a lot about all the different tours, and we have done many of them. This tour has the most differing reports about it and it is seems to come down to the CM. It seems that, because it is only offered part of the year, you may get a CM that is not well trained. An example, you go to WL to look at the tree, our CM had all kinds of stories about the design etc. Very interesting. I have seen posts that their CM just walked them around the tree saying nothing.

From Cheshire Figment on the Disabilities Board:

I have taken the tour twice and used my ECV. They use a Mears type bus to transport between the parks and/or resorts or the backstage area.

If you can manage the bus' steps they will just fold the tiller and put the ECV in a luggage compartment. If you are in a pc or ECV and cannot handle the steps they have a lift with a capacity of two wcs/ECVs.

If more than two people reserve for the tour and indicate ECV use, thay will provide one or more additional vans for transport.

I have seen this on tours with more than two wcs/ECVs. Note if you do not indicate using a wc or ECV the people who did so indicate have priority.
