Rabbit picked us up yesterday at airport. Our plane was running a little behind schedule and when we got to baggage claim no rabbit. But in his defense Delta for whatever reason they do this changed flight numbers from previous numbers that we gave him over the phone. Also he called WL and they said they didnt have our names in arrival so it looked like we were a no-show. So when I called him he was just getting ready to have oil changed in his Excursion, he stopped them said I will be there in 15 mins and he was. He was very courteous. He stopped us at Publix and let the kids stay and watch Monsters Inc while we did the shopping.
Good experience so far and we will definitely use their service again, only next time we verify the flight #s.
