Just back from our trip. Took Delta from Toledo with a connection in Cincinnati--much easier to deal with than Atlanta!!!
Rabbit was waiting when we got off the plane, helped with luggage, was very courteous and friendly--chatted with DH the whole trip--we stopped at Publix on the way to BWV. Rabbit also picked us up at VWL yesterday. I would recommend Yourride to anyone!
