Your Top 5 TS and Top 5 CS

I'm just curious what everyone's top 5 table service and top 5 counter service restaurants are (if you like more add more, if you can only think of 2, just list those). There are so many different restaurants I would like to try on our next trip. With your help, maybe my list can be narrowed down. We're open to anything, so any suggestions are welcome. Also, if there are any restaurants you think are wonderful, but often overlooked because of location, offerings of food, or because people just don't know about them mention them. Well I can't name 5 because I just returned from a 6 night trip so we only ate at 6 TS's and 6 CS's and a few of those I would not recommend. My list is as follows.

TS
1. Cap' N Jacks(this gets bad reviews on here but I don't know why! If you like lobster give this a try! i loved it)
2. Coral Reef(I got the steak here so if youre not a fish person still try this, the steak was wonderful, I liked it even more than Le Cellier's steak)
3. Le Cellier

those were the only TS's that I really enjoyed on our trip
