Jiko - we LOVED it. Fabulous food, great service, atmosphere, upscale
Flying Fish - food is excellent
La Hacienda de San Angel - GREAT meal, great service, the BEST margarita I've had in a long time. Good view of Illuminations
The Plaza - a family favorite in MK; huge portions and a great quite spot

Sorry to say I was disappointed in Citricos. Didn't feel that upscale (bright lights, noisy), food was pretty good but poor service. Could have been a bad night.
