Has anyone used "your ride .net" transportation?

Also what is a the guidelines for tipping the drivers? 15% + $ for each bag or just 15% or something else? What if you make a grocery stop tip extra too??

We used Your Ride in May, and were very impressed with the service we received. We had a very attentive driver, which made a positive difference in our experience. We happened to have the same driver on both legs with Your Ride, but I never count on that. So, what we usually do with towncar transfers is to figure the cost and a 15% tip on the total. We then divide the tip by 1/2, so we know what to tip each way. On the trip to WDW we always ask for a grocery stop, so we add a couple of bucks to the tip for the first leg of our journey. I suppose there are other ways of doing the tipping, but that is what we do.

I used them in Sept. for a large family trip. I would never use them again! reasons why not to use your.ride.net

1) forgot to pick up my mom and dad for their return trip to MCO
2) when they came to pick us up his wife and kid were in the van we had 11 people in our party. his wife and kid we mad at him when they had to get out and stay at our resort till he got back to get them
3) they forgot the car seats for our 3 children under the age of 3.
4) he was late and we had no time to wait for the car seats if we wanted to make our plane. I have never been so sick to my stomach before with my child in a car.
5) promised a refund and I have never seen it

if you use them I wish you the best of luck!

We used them in November and they were great. We didn't need booster seats but they had them there just in case. Great drivers, we had 3 in our multi leg trip.

We used ******** in March. We had a semi-complicated pickup schedule with relatives on different airlines, leaving AKL at different times, etc., and it was all handled well. I would give the service a "B+" based on our experience. Seeing all of the complaints about all of the car services, I figure we may as well use ******** again this March.
