Your resort confirmation e-mail

So, I'm having a weird problem. Booked a resort with a package. Paid for the deposit. But the email says the full amount is due. I called Disney, they confirmed the Deposit is showing, and amount due is only (total-deposit). I asked for another e-mail showing the correct amount due... twice... and it STILL shows the full amount is due.

MDE shows the CORRECT amount due.

Has anyone else run into this? Can you look at the last reservation confirmation e-mail you made and tell me if it shows the FULL amount, or the total minus the deposit is due?

The only way your package would be due now is if you are less than 30 days away from your stay. Otherwise you can ignore the email.

I believe OP meant the email does not state that they paid the deposit and the email does not reflect the remaining balance with the deposit that was paid but showing the full grand total price.
I do not believe OP meant that it is saying the full amount is due right now.

I wouldn't put to much energy into it if the Cm and on MDE it's showing the right thing. For whatever reason half the time I don't even receive the confirmation email.

THIS⬆️ The last time I booked a WDW stay, I did receive a confirmation email but never got a “receipt” emailed to me nor did the web-based MDE give me any info. Even the app
Never told me the balance. I couldn’t make any online payments and had to call to make a payment. I ultimately cancelled that stay and switched to a stay at swolphin. Just strange..
