Your Picks & Pics @ Concourse Stkhouse; CR & Captain's Grill

This trip--in May--we will be trying out the Concourse Steakhouse, Coral Reef and the Captain's Grill.
Just DH & I and we are not picky eaters. We will be on the DDP, but are not shy of OOP purchases.

I need some tips on what dishes you like to order.
Any pics of the restaurants would be great, too!
We have been into the Captain's Grill, but have no idea what the CS interior is like.

Our ADRs are:
Concourse Steakhouse (dinner), Coral Reef (lunch) and Captain's GRILL (dinner)

Interested in everything from cocktails, appetizers, entrees to desserts.

Any favorite waitpersons? Tables?

Apps: the honey wings
Entree: NY strip with red wine butter
Dessert: Vanilla Creme Brulee

Never been to the other two. Enjoy your trip! We'll be there in May too.
