Day 1 -- WCC - We like it, but we don't love it. Based on the ages of your children though, it will be a big hit.
Day 2 -- Kouzzina - Have never been.
Day 3 -- Le Cellier - love it.
Day 4 -- 1900 Park Fare - have only done breakfast.
Day 5 --La Hacienda - Have never been.
Day 6 -- Tusker House - have only done breakfast
Day 7 -- Chefs de France - Have never been
Day 8 -- T-Rex - my son loved it. the food was pretty good, but the atmosphere rocks!
Day 9 -- The Wave - have never been.

You'll have to report back on how it goes. I would love to see reviews on a lot of these.

I've only been to the first three -
1) WCC - we loved WCC and are going back this next trip. However, you say that you have an early dinner there. In my experience, dinner here can take a while, so make sure you'll have enough time to get to MSEP after dinner!
2) Kouzzina - one of our favorites. The whole fish dinner is delicious and the presentation is gorgeous.
3) Le Cellier - we like LC, but I think you made a great choice for making a lunch reservation. it's a great place to get out of the Florida sun for a little while.

Have fun!!!!!

Ultimately, only you can decide what's going to work for your family, but I will comment, since you ask? (Please return the favor when I post mine! :goodvibes)

We are staying at 9 nights/10 days at POR - LUCKY DUCKS!! Nice long trip!

Day 1 -- MK -- early dinner at WCC then back for 9:00 at MSEP WCC was one of our family's biggest disappointments at WDW. That's just us, others LOVE it, and I guess that your kids are really the "right" age for it. We were there for about 90 minutes and missed the pony races and the antics, so we had both bad food and no fun. Maybe it was an off night, but we would never go out of our way for this one. I suggest that someone in your party order something OTHER than the skillet, incase you find that smoky taste overwhelming and need something else. We have always had great experiences at Chef Mickey's on our first night. Seeing the characters, the monorail and doing the napkin dance is always very special on the first night.

Day 2 -- HS -- early dinner at Kouzzina then back to HS for Fantasmic at 8:30 We have never done Kouzzina, would like to try it some day. It gets VERY mixed reviews. I get your idea of wanting to leave DHS for a meal, though. We actually really enjoyed 50's Prime Time for the atmosphere, and the food was pretty good. Or you might enjoy Mama Melrose for the F! dining package? Or Cape May clam bake for a wide variety plus more options for the kiddos?

Day 3 -- Epcot -- lunch at LeCellier YUM! Mushroom filet!

Day 4 -- MK -- early dinner at 1900 Park Fare then back for 9:00 Wishes We enjoyed this one! The characters are amazing, especially if you egg them on, but the food is so-so...well, kind of bad actually, there were a few items that were pretty good. Anyway, if you enjoy Carvel's vanilla soft serve with strawberry sauce, you will LOVE the strawberry soup.I could fill up on that alone.

Day 5 --Epcot - dinner at LaHacienda We really enjoyed this one!

Day 6 -- AK -- lunch at Tusker House Haven't been but would love to try it! And they have characters now!

Day 7 -- Epcot - dinner at Chefs de France This is one of our favorites! Best items are onion soup, baked macaroni and cheese, steak au poivre, and profiteroles!

Day 8 -- HS -- 1/2 day, then dinner at TRex downtown Never been...not interested. Bet your kids love this one!

Day 9 -- MK -- dinner at The Wave -- then we are thinknig of staying for the electrical parade at the Contemporary -- anyone know of a time for this? Also can you see Wishes from the Contemporary??? This one I just wouldn't do with kids your kids ages. Maybe you could switch this one to Chef Mickey's (though the food for adults is better than the wave) or 'Ohana? You CAN see Wishes from the CR, but not from The Wave. The Wave is located in a part of the resort with no windows, which is one of the things we really don't like about it. We also found the food a little hit-or-miss. Some items were excellent, others so-so. To see anything outside, you have to head out to the 4th floor observation deck, which does have a very nice view of Wishes. When you say "Electrical Parade" do you mean Electrical Water Pageant (EWP)? I believe it shows twice at CR, once on either side? But I'm not sure of the times, sorry.

Day 10 -- Epcot -- going home but first we hit Epcot to use all our snack credits and snack around the World!!!! We LOVE doing this :) YUMMY! Don't miss Karamell Kuche!

Hope my comments are helpful. I invite you to come check out my dining reports, linked in my signature, if you haven't done so already. I reviewed a few of the ones on your list, if you're interested in more details.

Enjoy!

We have only been to a few of these places, but

WCC- we have only done breakfast here and thought it was gross. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing though- ordered the breakfast skillet. The atmosphere and service were very good though.

1900 Park Fare- loved it! One of the best dinner buffets we've had in WDW. Character interaction was hilarious!!

Tusker House-we had lunch here a few years ago.great selection and the theming is beautiful!!

Epcot is the best place to use your snack credits!!!
