Ok, stay with me on this one. We have been married for 40 years and our youngest just left home after graduating from college and getting a job. We are home just the 2 of us all the time, so going out with one of the kids is our excitement! We went out with our DD twice last week and had the best time learning about her new job and going out with her friends.

We have come full circle, the kids we use to pay a babysitter to have a night away from, are now the people we love to spend time with!

Well said and us too. Last weekend, we saw Incredibles 2 because our adult DS and DH loved/love animated and Super Hero movies so we went on Father's Day. This weekend we traveled to visit DD22 in her new hometown. We changed plans when she invited us.

So yes, we now choose to hang out with the very people we used to pay to get a night away from.
