Okay, first..........I'm a baby boomer, one of the first. No, I don't hit the gyms or run 10 miles a day. But I'm not a couch potatoe either. I'm thinking that in many ways we are like our parents. As a child of the fifties, my parents ate dinner, and then watched tv until bedtime. Oh, they did play golf seasonally. The dog was free to roam in those days.
As I look back I find I'm different....times are so different now. I did the gyms, ran a little. I walk the dog, use my treadmill and glider thing. Watch some tv when I go to bed. Spend a lot of time on the computer. I feel so much more active than my parents were, even tho I consider myself low on the exercise pole. And I've lived longer than they did.
So, I wonder what you all do. Sit on your butts every night, or are you active in some way?

I sit a lot but in the summers I walk and ride a bike a lot, too.
