Your Help Needed With A 10 year Anniversary Trip

Can you please give me your advice on 10 year anniversary trip that I am planning for my husband. He knows about the trip but does not know any of the activities or events that I have planned for him. I want it to be very special for him since 10 years is a milestone.

March 23
arrive at 9 am
Lunch - Epcot La Cellier
After lunch we will go play minature golf, do Epcot or go to Disney Quest
Dinner - Shula's Steakhouse
After Shula's we will go to Pleasure Island

March 24
Lunch - Markesh (Morraco)
After lunch play at the Magic Kingdom
Dinner - CA Grill (watch the fireworks from the rooftop)

March 25
Lunch - Hollywood Brown Derby
After lunch play at MGM or if to crowded go over to the Magic Kingdom
Dinner - Flying Fish at our hotel - the Boardwalk
La Nuba
Afterwards Pleasure Island

March 26
Lunch - Coral Reef (I have arranged for divers to hold a banner for him)
Couples Instructional Massage at the Grand Floridan
Dinner - Yachtsman Steakhouse

March 27
Lunch La Cellier
Play at the Magic Kingdom until we depart for home

Hi Sounds like a good plan. My one input is that the night you plan on going to Pleasure Island consider eating at Portabello Yacht Club or Fultons Crab House. They have great food and I have gotten a nice steak from Fultons for sure. Check the menu on allearsnet.com Then you are right down there after dinner.

Shulas is great but very filling.

I was there on my 12th Anniversary last year and we had a great time. It sounds like you have a real good plan (it is one that we couldn't do because of finances). If I may be so humble, I would like to tell you a few things that we did. Our travel agent got us a picture of Mickey and Minnie autographed and it was in our hotel room when we got there. We also got another picture of Minnie in front of the Castle, a lithograph of a lot of the characters saying Happy Anniversary, and we even had a friend of ours that works for Disney give us an Arometherapy basket from the Disney Florist. All these gifts were free to us and made our trip memorable.

Congrats! I think your plan sounds terrific. We are also going (in feb) for our 10th Anniversary and are eating at many of the same restaurants! Enjoy!

Thanks for the comments and advice. Please keep them coming. I wish we could get free gifts but we don't have a travel agent unless you count me as we are DVC members and as a result I play the role of travel agent. We have AP's and I am going to get a DDE card so that should help with the cost. Congrats on your ten year wedding anniversary as well Laura K. I can't believe it has been ten years.
