Last night I took out my tape of Australia and watched it. It was like yesterday I was there and it has been 2 yrs. the ocean, the people, justthe high I got from life being in Australia, I wish I could go back but due to lack of $$$$$$$$ and afraid to take that Looooooooong ride overseas looks like I will ave to relive it through my tape. I do believe it is summer there now or maybe spring, so I'll keep those warm thought in my heart and smile. So everyone, even if it is Disney was is your best memory of a trip. :D :bounce:

There are too many moments that I've enjoyed to have a favorite, or maybe I haven't gotten there yet. :teeth:
But when I went for the walks in germany, saying "hi" to people that didn't know me or could understand me, but were friendly all the same.
Standing on the cliff in Tulum, looking over the cliff at the ocean and imagining all the people in history that have done that very same thing.
Watching the fireworks at Cinderella's castle.
Exploring an ancient arena in france.
This last trip to Chicago. A first for a lot of things.

Definitely the very first time we saw our brick on the Walk Around the World. I just laid down next to it and almost cried. We bought the brick in 96, but didn't get to see it until 99. It was really and truly like coming home again. :D

On our first WDW trip, we took the boat from the TTC to MK. As we rounded the corner and caught a glimpse of the castle, I burst into tears. I'll never forget that moment.

Most of my cool vacation memories come from our camping trips. The peace of a campfire can't be duplicated, anywhere. There's something to be said for getting back to nature.

One of my favorite memories is when my 2 yr old was getting a haircut at the MK barber shop and was really crying (he hates haircuts). There were a group of Disney managers (they were not reg cm's--they were dressed up). And one came over to talk to my 2 yr old because he felt so sorry for the poor kid and then gave him a pin off of his lanyard to help my ds be a brave boy. It was so nice of this guy to stop what he was doing and try to make my ds feel better.

Too many to name just one!

-DH & I spending the last night of our honeymoon at the Polynesian during a hurricane

-DS#2 getting his first haircut at the MK Barber Shop

-After having a rough trip with DS#1(he was very difficult at age 3.5) going back a year later and he LOVED everything! It made the trip perfect! When we got off Dumbo and he yelled "CAN WE DO THAT AGAIN????" it was just so awesome.

-DH & I going back to the Poly alone, 7 years after our honeymoon. Even though it was only for 1 day, just being at the Poly was paradise! Our room had a balcony & a great view, our meals were delicious, and it was so nice to just be able to relax in paradise.

I could go on....
