Check in at BCV, then enjoy SAB that day and go to EPCOT for the evening.

My family's plans are still sort of up in the air, but we have an idea of what we want to do. We'll probably arrive at the CBR around noon, either get lunch there or go to EPCOT and eat there. Then spend most of the day there and at night catch Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios since it isn't offered every night.
