Your favorite vegetarian meal in the parks?

The salad at Peco's Bills Cafe. I can't remember the name of it but it has jicama in it, and it can be ordered with or without chicken. I love it without.

i really like the vegetarian selection at the san angel inn inside the mexico pavillion @ epcot. Ive had it the past several times that I have been there. its not on the regular menu, but a separate vegetarian menu. I believe there are only 2 entrees on the veg menu though.

having a heck of a time remembering...

what i usually get i believe it is a combination veggie burrito and an enchilada in a green tomatillo sauce, with black beans on the side.
