Your favorite DS game?

My favorite game for DS is by far Professor Layton and the Curious Village. It is very fun. And takes a while to complete.

I love my DS. My 2 oldest girls have a DS Lite and I have my own. I actually owned a DS first. I had the orginal one before the Lite but I lost it WDW or it was stolen with about 6 games. It never left my room and it wasn't there when we packed up and I looked and called WDW after we were home but no luck getting it back.

So I got a DS Lite a few months later from my family as a gift and I loved it even more than the orginal DS.

So tell me.... I play games online all the time...hearts, peggle, lottso, and many others.... would I like having a DS?
I know all the kids love them- am I understanding that adults do also?
Do tell! :)

I'm 55 and received the Mario Limited Edition DSLite for my birthday.... from my kids! I've never been a 'reader' so you're not likely to see me with a book in my hand. I take my games with me for appointments or anytime I'm sitting with idle time on my hands. So yes, adults like them, too. My 29 year old daughter just purchased the lime green limited edition for herself.

I love seeing other adults playing their DS :goodvibes
I too take mine out with me and play it while waiting for appts., etc.
I love my pearl rose DS ~ I really do...it's mine and no one can use it, lol.

We are a family of 5 and have 4 DS's and 1 DSI . My son loves his DSI :thumbsup2

What is Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney? It sounds like an anime series.

My husband bought me a DSlite for my birthday this year as well. I love Sims Castaway 2, Sim Kingdom, and Cooking Momma. I really like Professor Layton but it has me frustrated at this moment. Brain Age 2 is fun as well. Luckily I have a friend who has one and we swap games quite often. My husband liked my DS so much that he bought himself one too.

If you like puzzle games Peggle is great and addictive - when my 8 year old lets me borrow it. I believe it's a pop cap game. I love Rune Factory, pokemon, puzzle quest, the world ends with you, age of empires, princess peach.

LOVE Peggle! I'm still working on beating some of the extra games and have gone through the regular and dark games several times over. I'll be holding onto that one for awhile!.

Proffessor Layton and the Curious Village. It has a story line and you solve puzzles and riddles to move the story along.

For Mysteries I liked Hotel Dusk Room 215 and the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney games. I really enjoyed the story of Hotel Dusk.

Puzzle Quest Challenge of the Warlords. Its a simple puzzle game similar to Bejewled with an RPG twist.

Pokemon pearl or diamond is fun.

Mario Kart

Brain Age games are good. Brain Age 1 has sudoku on it.

I am currently playing Dragon Quest V Hand of the Heavenly Bride. Its very good if you like adventure/fantasy turn based style combat games. Similar to Chrono Cross or Final Fantasy's.

Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure looks interesting but I haven't tried it yet. Has recieved good reviews on Gamespots website.

I like many others loved Proffessor Layton and the Curious Village. I beat it fairly quickly though as some of the puzzles were ones I had seen before.

Touchmaster I and Touchmaster II
Jewel Quest
All of the Mario games
...believe it or not, I even get a kick out of M&M Break 'Em :)

LOVE Touchmaster (but not Touchmaster II).

Civilization.

In a nutshell, it's a worldbuilding game that's been around for the PC since the mid 90's and is now on the xbox and ds platforms as well.

You basically build and run your world playing any of a number of powerful historical leaders.

No, it's not dry like Risk, it's really cool (I usually play as Queen Isabella) :).

Civilization is a fun one if you are looking at filling time. Not a lot of instant gratification, but great fun none-the-less.

I played and beat Sims 2 and Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in the last month. Sims 2 was lots of fun. HP&THBP was ok. Probably wont buy another of those games as this latest was supposed to be better than any other and I didn't like it. Kinda boring :rolleyes1. I do like the idea of Bejewled coming out tho!!!
