I went with glazed. A woman who used to work for me lived in Hasrlem and would sometimes bring donuts fresh from a place near her called Georgie's Bakery. They would still be warm when she got to work and we did not give them time to cool off. There were, hands down, the best donuts any of us ever tasted. Unfortunatley, Georgie retired and closed the bakery. I wish I had that recipe, though. Folks down here in Florida could use some good donuts.
I voted chocolate, since my favorite kind of donuts are the chocolate-frosted ones from Entenmann's. This is chocolate all over, not just drizzled on top.
