DL--Hungry Bear and Plaza Inn, for sure! My absolute favorites in the park!
DCA--I'm a huge fan of Paradise Garden Grill. They will give you the sauces on the side if you ask (and more than one of them if you can't decide). My DD didn't like whatever the kids meal option was (some sort of peanut butter pita wrap), but she happily munched on some of my chicken skewer.
