Your FAVE place for lunch at MK?

What is your favorite place to have lunch inside MK? And what do you recommend on the menu?

I love, love Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. I tried the Colony salad and really enjoyed it. I liked the dressing so much I asked the server for the recipe. It's a honey shallot dressing and so very tasty. My husband loved his bacon cheddar buger and my son had the salmon cakes. Everyone was very please with their meal and enjoyed the desserts as well.

CHH! I love it there! I get the Fried Fish or the Anchors Away Sandwich (Tuna).

I haven't been to Disney World since March 2006, but I'm going back this November with my mom. We intend to make lots of ADRs for great restaurants, including Crystal Palace and Liberty Tavern, but I have to have a cheeseburger at Cosmic Ray's. I love cheeseburgers and always think it's particularly good there, and I get a kick out of the alien band. It's a must do.

We had free dining last September and I have two kids, one was 6 at the time and one was 2. the two year old didnt get the dining plan of course so we went to Pecos Bills and I got the double cheeseburger and gave him a patty off of it. Yes just the patty, he wont eat buns, but he eats the meat....anyhoo, he got a patty off of it and we shared the fries and the drink and dessert. Was well worth it.

We love Liberty Tree Tavern. Something for everyone on the menu. I have had the salad & the pasta & really loved both. The pot roast always looks good, but we usually have a steak for dinner, so I usually try to stick with a chicken dish at lunch.

Our favorite for lunch is The Plaza. This is the last meal of every trip to Disney (either before we head to the airport or to the beach). If you check my "mini" link below, there are pictures from our meal at The Plaza in September. DH and I have covered just about everything on the menu and it has always been great -- with very friendly and reliable service.

Our favorite lunch is the Crystal Palace. They buffet always has lots of yummy food and a great variety of choices. The desserts are delicious too. We like to get out of the heat in the middle of the day and we find this to be a relaxing break. The kids are entertained by Pooh and friends so they aren't in a big hurry to get back into the park either.

Liberty Tree Tavern has my vote, Melissa usually wants to go to Cosmic Rays. Only because it is faster.

Columbia Harbor House for the fish & chips but we're not going there next trip. Taking full advantage of DxDP.

I second the Plaza.

Chicken Strawberry salad with zinfandel vinaigrette and gorgonzola cheese...

For a CS: CHH - We love the fried shrimp plate.
For a TS: The Plaza - DH loved the steak and cheese and I loved the rueben. We both adore the fabulous steak fries and the desserts are crazy good.

Love Columbia House. I really like their clam chowder and veg chili. But what I LOVE is their sandwich on whole grain bread with hummus tomato and broccoli slaw. I think it's called the Lighthouse Sandwich. I crave that thing!

My DH and I agree on two places as our favorites:

Columbia Harbor House because of the quiet upstairs seating. I love the BLT salad and tuna salad sandwich.

DS (11) loves the fish basket.

Our other favorite is Cosmic Rays because it has the best variety.

Like the wrap sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich

if we're talking TS for lunch, my family's favorite is Crystal Palace-the citrus marinated flank steak is delicious. if you're looking for CS, i'd say Pecos Bill's-LOVE the bbq sub sandwich. if you're in the mood for pizza, the combo w/ salad at Pinocchio Village Haus (CS) can feed 2 people-i ate the salad and a slice of pizza, DH ate 3 slices of pizza.

Everytime we get to the MK I can't wait to eat at Pecos Bill!! No one can beat their fixin's bar for their hamburgs!!!

CHH is my choice - the Anchors Aweigh Sandwich is delish.

Love Cosmic Rays for the variety. My favorite is the bbq pork sandwich with their handmade chips.

For quick service, go with Cosmic Ray's.

For a sit-down, do Crystal Palace, although the breakfast here is awesome also!
