I'm Kelly. I love the beach, hence the name. DH and I have 2 dogs and a cat - they're our "kids". I love WDW and am trying to get back to the Fort. I haven't been there since I was a kid, but it is definitely one of my favorite childhood memories! DH is NOT a Disney-lover (yes, I married outside my Disney faith ) so I rarely get to WDW. (Last trip was Nov. 2004)

I love reading these boards. You all are pretty hilarious! I'd love to attend one of your GG's some time. I have no doubt you are a fun bunch!

my real name is Beth or as my DH calls me "Lizzie". My screen name I used on other sites as well. I have 2 of the best DS you could ever hope for. Both of them are NICU survivors My oldest was 7 weeks early and is now a very "Normal" boy. and my DS2 was born 12 weeks early and as a result now had CP. BUT he has the funniest personality and keeps us laughing. So I am definately a special kids mom But I must add WAR EAGLE to the previous posts.

Me being curious...what happened to your Harley? We have a HD Sportster 1200 that I used to putz around on. DH's HD Road King is history (became a trade-in for a truck which was much more sensible for a family of 5 back then).

Thanks, I'm kind of fond of him. All except the hating disney part. But I can see from your tags that you and he have that in common! He's totally willing to camp at the Fort. In fact, we were planning to come down in 2009, but the price of diesel is out of control. At this point it's actually cheaper for us to fly and stay in a hotel - go figure. So, you might have a long wait for us to bring white castles and poland spring. We can ship you some if you want...

What beach do you guys hang out at? We were in Pt. Pleasant a month ago

He would absolutely enjoy that! He gets lots of practice making fun of me! We go to Island Beach State Park since he likes to fish. It's just south of Seaside Park. I grew up going to Point Pleasant though. Jenkinson's was the best!! We don't get there much now unless we go to dinner at Jack Baker's (Lobster Shanty - usually for our anniversary).
