Camera: Kodak Easyshare Z740
mega pix: 5.0
zoom: 10X
I'd give it a 10.
lots of settings and you can't beat the zoom. Software is easy to use. I did not buy the printer dock as I have a printer you can just put your card in, review the pix and print what you want.
I would definatly buy this camera again.
I bought this camera before our Disney trip last Dec and bought a fairly large memory card or so I thought. I have never taken so many pictures it was just so easy. Some of those first shots of fireworks were not good but I really hadn't read the book that came with it to know what I was doing. By the May trip I was better and got some decent ones.

The ISO only goes to 400, though, as opposed to 800 on the new S3 IS. I also love how the lcd screen opens up and swivels around allowing me to take different angled shots and to eventually close it completely.
my camera. It's small and compact and take it everywhere with me. I think the camera that takes the best pictures is the one you take with you! The pictures are vibrant and colorful. The auto-focus works well. Really simple to use. The only downfalls are the optical zoom (but this is a trade off with size) and there is no battery life indicator (this has been added on the new elphs i believe).
