your best parenting tips?

Take at least five minutes to say "no" to a
request. Act instead of react. Love them like there's
no tomorrow! Watch and listen, you will learn.

Treat children with respect. Be fair.

Treat them the way you would like to be treated. Remember when you where a child and how different your perspective on the world was (and is now).

Think of how you would like to be remembered as a parent and create it now. :D

Look at the world, and yourself, through your child's eyes.

Don't get tied up with "making money" - making memories is much more important. Give your children time. They won't remember if the house was dusty or whether their shirt was ironed but they will remember if Mum/Dad was always telling them "I can't, I'm too busy".

Sing a lot.

Read to them a lot.

Go to their school functions.

Don't yell at them in the mornings.

cheer for them-even though it may not seem like it too you every game, concert, speech, play and presentation is important to them-be there and a let them know you think they did a great job.
