Worst.. #1 is really the only one that truly bothers me, the rest are pretty minor.

1. General sense of entitlement and lack of consideration of a lot of people visiting the parks with my top pet peeves going to parents who ignore and/or refuse to try and correct poor behaviour in their children and to people who seem to have zero sense of their surroundings and total lack of common sense. If you are walking and stop suddenly, you will very likely get run into. Double dufus points if you then complain about being run into.
2. The day in the vacation where you realize you have less days left than days that have passed.
3. I miss some of the old, now removed rides like Mr. Toad, 20,000 leagues
4. I dislike that there are no deluxe resorts themed like the value (i.e. over the top Disney in your face theming).
5. Not being able to book 4th and beyond FP on your phone
6. No longer having characters roam the parks and having impromptu meetings. I understand why this can't be happening anymore (crowd levels), but the whole line up M&G thing is just not magical for me at all.
7. The deterioration of Backlot Tour. It used to be awesome.
8. Too much good food, not enough time to eat it all!
9.

The best...
1. Mickey Mouse - I have adored him my whole life!
2. The ferry ride to MK
3. Tower of Terror, my very favourite Disney attraction
4. Sci-Fi, love the theming of that place and love the quiet & cool respite it provides on a hot summer day.
5. Pirates, classic Disney!
6. Jungle Cruise, ditto to #5
7. New Fanasyland, it's just so visually appealing and a great addition to the park
8. Diversity and number of choices for dining.
9. MB/FP+ I know not a popular opinion around here, but I really like the innovation and I like being able to have FP in hand before I even leave my room.
10. Partners Statue, makes me emotional every time I see it.
