Can anyone tell me how the buffet at Storytellers is for dinner now that its only buffet? I use to go there when they had the menu and buffet and always found that the buffet offerings while good were very limited. I am hoping maybe they expanded it. Also what is the going price for dinner at both ST and PCH?

Umm... not to interrupt this thread but I cant overlook this important piece of information. When did this travesty take place? This was one of our traditional ' must do's'

Oh, it is SUCH a travesty! I posted about it after my trip. I wish I'd taken a picture, because it's absolutely nothing like the original and I sent it back. They should have told me when I pre-ordered that it wasn't the same; pre-ordering is no longer necessary. It's just a square of bread pudding with some chocolate drizzled over the top. OP, sorry for the hijack. Ralph Brennan's is still great but that move to change the dessert is just a horrible decision. I hope they don't do away with the Bananas Foster flambe next

Hey guys! We love love love your restaurant and it's a MUST whenever we visit Disneyland.We recently heard you've changed your chocolate pudding to a more traditional bread pudding without the two chocolate sauces. Can you confirm if this is the case? Thank you​

And their response:

Hi Robin,
Thanks for the kind words! This is not the case. Our Double Chocolate Bread Pudding is still served with the white and chocolate ganache, as it always has been.

So according to them they havent made any changes. So weird what happened to your order DizMe but I am soooo glad it's still available. Best dessert EVER!

Now that's interesting because I made a special point of stopping to ask in person about 3 weeks ago, and they said they were sad to report that they were still serving the new version without the sauces. I hope they have begun serving the old kind again and hopefully someone else can confirm!

Guess what? I went back through my pictures and I DID take some shots of the bread pudding. I was thinking it was on my birthday trip in January but it was actually in Dec. The bread pudding we got was no longer a souffle (I tried it) and while it does technically still have white and dark chocolate ganache, it's striped over the top in advance and not given to you in pitchers that you could pour into the center of the hot souffle. It wasn't anywhere near the same so I hope they brought back the original souffle! Here's the original, and I put thumbnails below of what we got in December. They told us then that they were not going to have the souffle type any longer but I hope people convinced them to do it!
