Your 1 must do?

I would have to say for us that it would be eating at San Angel!! Just the feeling of walking into the pavilion, the smell, the market....it just says "we're home". Absolutely love it there!!

Wishes.
I generally don't like fireworks, and try to avoid them.. but for some reason Wishes just fills my heart with total joy.
And I can't wait to see my step kids see it for the first time when we take them on their first Disney trip in Sept.

I don't have a "must-do" for each day, but I do have one for each park.

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's. I might just get a drink rather than a full meal, but either way, I have to go to Cosmic Ray's and then sit and listen to Sonny Eclipse.
Epcot: Spaceship Earth
DHS: Can I cheat and have two? Fantasmic! I have to see this each trip at least once. I also have to do Great Movie Ride at least twice so I can get both the bandit and the gangster.

If I could only pick one overall thing, it would be Fantasmic!

Tough one for me since I have a number so like others I'm going to break it down by park/resort.

MK - I have to watch tink fly at least once, I stay for the FW but it's all about tink for me.

Epcot - I must eat at Morocco QS and get an ice cream from France.

HS - I must eat at HBD and I must ride ToT.

AK - I must do the jungle trek and see the gorillas.

I must have tea at the GF.

I must visit a resort I haven't seen yet (I'm running out, I think I only have AoA left.)

Small World is non-negotiable in DL. It did not hold the same magic at WDW so for an "everywhere" answer... kissing on bridges. :)

For each park:

Magic Kingdom - Ride the People Mover
EPCOT - Ride Spaceship Earth
Animal Kingdom - Eat at Tusker House for breakfast

Disneyland - Ride Casey Jr train
California Adventure - Pin store on Main St. Usually has everything we want.

Oh, if only one thing, it HAS to be Wishes. It is so iconic. The music gives me chills and when I'm there, I tear up every time. We went three times on our last trip. Can I add Celebrate the Magic to it because now it is all part of the same experience for us? I just love it!

If you're making me choose and its not easy, I have to go to MK HM and POTC, WISHES, stare at the castle, I have to visit World Of Disney at DTD(Disney Springs).
Ok I can't choose just one, I have to visit WSC.

The one thing that we always do and it doesn't matter what the crowds are like is spending an afternoon touring the MK resorts, soaking up the atmosphere, shopping, eating riding the monorail and the ferries.

I was going say that riding BTM was what we always do many times, but it is going to be closed for our next trip :(
