Youngstown, OH....anyone???

MIL just moved back to PA.......after divorcing FIL....long story.....I will let you all know the whole story later.....it is LONG.......FIL is a BIG jerk.......to make a long story short............BUT

The kids and I want to meet MIL (gramma on these boards...but she hasn't posted in a LONG time)......half way...and it would probably be Youngstown, OH.

Anyone know of a NICE hotel w/a pool and maybe more stuff for the kids there???

How about Cleveland/Akron area instead? Its only about an hour west of Y-town. The Inventors Hall of Fame is in Akron and they have stuff for kids there. The Sheraton Suites located about 15 min. north of Akron is a really nice hotel with an indoor pool.

thanks, but we want to leave it as even as a drive as possible and that would make Linda (MIL) a longer drive.....plus....I really didn't mean anything outside of the hotel to do for the kids.....like here where I live, there are hotels with water slides etc for the kids.......we aren't really into going and site seeing....just to visit in the hotel for the weekend and keep the kids entertained

The headquarters of my company is in y-town, I can give someone a call there tomorrow and see what I can find out.

THANKS Shutterbug....I would really appreciate it....email or pm me with anything you should find.....she live now in Williamsport PA....I am in St Clair Shores MI.......I was looking around and found that Youngstown is pretty close half way. I think Linda(MIL) said Niles was her half way point....but was told that Youngstown was a better area?????
