Young children and Epcot Future World

Approximately how many hours would you estimate it would take to get around this part of Epcot?
We are most likely skipping Test Track and Mission Space.
Just want to get an idea for planning purposes....

Early August, do you think 4-5 hours is enough?

Also- Do they ever keep that park open late at night?
