OOC: Two future events that would be fun:

1) trip to NYC
2) Homecoming

Anyway, on with the show!

Mike: Art was almost over, and he was happy with the progress that he made.

Raven: She glanced at the clock, still feeling uneasy, as the theatre teacher started to finish up her lecture on the school musical (OOC: we should select that).

Hope: It was almost time for class. She was glad, she liked the math and science club but debate was so much more interesting.

OOC: Both would be awesome. Yes, we do need to choose the musical. Some of my suggestions are Wizard of Oz, Jekyll and Hyde, Beauty and the Beast, Monty Python, West Side Story, or Into the Woods.

Evelyn: She finshed her drills and went to the locker room to change.

Jay: Ideas for audition pieces went through his head.

OOC: Not Wizard of Oz, I'm done with Oz things, as that just ended. My teacher showed us Jekyll and Hyde once but I'm not too fond of the show. Beauty and the Beast would be fun. I'm not sure if Monty Python is appropriate. I'm familiar with the basic plot to West Side Story, but I'd have to look it up for the full gist. My middle school put on Into the Woods Jr. in 6th grade and I saw that, and I liked that one too.

Nessie, if you want Nova to get back at Hope you could dare her to try out for the musical.

Mike: He packed up his things to get ready to go.

Hope: She put her things away, back to worrying about the earlier tension.

Raven: Perhaps she'd be stage manager of the show.

OOC: When will they be called for the mission?

Eli: He went to his next class, chatting with some other students in the hall.

Nancy and Phil: they packed up and walked together in the hall, tense.

OOC: I like Into the Woods, the eigth graders did that one a few years ago at my old school. I don't know a lot about Jekyll and Hyde, West Side Story, or Monty Python. Nancy might try to audition, unless she has to be in the drama club.

OOC: A few minutes into their regular/"core" classes, and hopefully Cindy will be around to play Luke

OOC: Are their core classes next since they've had one of their extra classes?

OOC: The NYC trip sounds cool! As for the play goes, I like the Jekyll/Hyde story gist, but I think Beauty and the Beast may be better :confused3 Sorry I wasn't on much tonight, going through old pictures for sister's grad. party. Aww Noelle me driving you around in the Barbie Jeep XD

Penny: Her mind wasn't really into school. She was tired, wondering why Nova was wearing a pink shirt, and was wondering about how the others were acting a little strange this morning.

OOC: Aw my friend used to have one of those when I was like 6 or 7, of course it didn't really work that great, they never do, but I remember going out in the backyard to ride it with my friend on a warmer day.

Raven: She entered the classroom, faked a smile for Hope (OOC: If you haven't noticed yet, Raven's protective of Hope, but not just because they're close friends but I've said too much already!) and gave a terse nod to Mike and her fellow SHIELD agents over the shorter girl's head.

Hope: She entered class, smile at Raven, and waited for Jay.

Mike: He nodded back at Raven, the tensity was still there for the others as well as himself it seemed.

OOC: Okay I think Beauty and The Beast sounds good. Everyone here knows the story too. If we do this for a while, maybe Into the Woods can be next.
Oh man, I thought those Barbie Jeeps were the coolest when I was little.
LOL when I saw Raven thinking about Stage Managing I cheered in my head. I'm actually have my One Act Play binder out right now filling out forms. I'm Stage Managing that too. Dolly has two more performances left.
Wings, you have me curious about Hope and Raven now hmmmm:scratchin

Jay: He heard the teacher say auditions were tomorrow. (OOC: Is that okay?) They're would be a cold read, learning a short dance, and you had to sing a short song. That'd be pretty simple. Jay figured he'd go for it and headed to the core class, sitting by Hope.

Evelyn: She arrived at the core class.

OOC: I remember going up the hill and being nervous that it's flip over. It was so fun!

OOC: Yeah, you should be worried when I drive :rotfl:

Penny: She got to the core class and sat down.

OOC: lol Wings this Hope/Raven thing is gonna be on my mind all day now  :goodvibes

OOC: I have One Act auditions today and I'm doing the narrators introduction. Beauty and the Beast it is, and sure. Raven is doing stage managing because she's a leader type and doesn't fit any of the parts. I thought Hope, being smart and bookish but with a temper would make an okay Belle, or the kind side might make her and okay Mrs. Potts. I really don't know if I could cast or crew Mike.

Hope: She smiled at Jay. "Hi. How are you?"

OOC: Nancy could play any part I think

EDIT: I like Beauty and the Beast, but I know that a lot of you like Phantom of the Opera, so I'm just putting that out there

Jay: He grinned. "Hey beautiful. I'm great! How are you?"

OOC: Ooooh yes Phantom is awesome! Wings should we do that instead? And maybe we should do auditions today?

Hope: She grinned. "I'm fabulous."

OOC: Oooh anticipation kills me.

Jay: "Awesome."
The bell rang and every one sat down. Mr. Stamos began to speak. "Good morning class! Today let's start witthhhhhhh... READING! Woohoo! So, we're going to read a book and do a study as a class. Any suggestions? Shout it out!"

OOC: I only know what Noelle's told me about the Phantom- I fell asleep when I saw the movie (not of boredom; it was 2 am) so... I'm sure I get a text fr Noelle with a bigtime run-down :rotfl:

Penny: She didn't say a word. She liked reading, sure, but didn't always participate in things like this.
