Eli: "I think mom is the only one in our family who has decent cooking."

Nancy: She laughed. "I'm not really sure how to cook. Me and the rest of the people just ate what the people on the base gave us."

Hope: "Necessity made me and Dad good cooks, even if our options can be...limited."

Raven: "I've never really cooked, I live off the Helicarrier kitchens."

Mike: "No great cooks in the Rogers family either." It took them a while just to learn how to use all the new technology as well.

Raven: She nodded in agreement. "My mother was a SHIELD agent. I just started training when she and five other agents went off to save some hostages held captive by terrorists. Only one of them came back, and it wasn't my mother, but they did save all of the hostages, and I was told my mother fought better than ever before and died honorably, saving a life. I'm proud of my mother, and I reckon that's the way I wanna go out."

Hope: "Never met either pair of mine. While I'm at it, I've got no memory of my mother, and for whatever reason my dad's too pained to even say her name, so you could say I've never had a mom and you would be absolutely correct."
