Well, you gotta love Y&R's Fourth of July episodes!

Can the b**bs be any bigger; the bathing suits be any tinier; and the heels be any higher? Seriously, how many of you out there pull out your 3-inched spiked heel sandals to wear with your bathing suit?!

And, is it just me or is Adam getting "hotter" with each episode?

You are so right about the attire Lauren had on quite the outfit!

I didn't like Adam at first but he is growing on me too!

I was shocked by how well endowed Heather is - you sure don't see that in her work clothes.

And yes to Adam...nice surprise the way that character is turning out.

Victor is sure being a jerk to him -- pretty fast turn around for a son he is just getting to know.

And just when I was really enjoying the fact the Phyllis hadn't done anything stupid lately, she goes and leaves the picture out for Amber to see of Daniel being kissed by a groupie!!

Jill and Brad buddy up - Jill enlists Brad to help her wrest Jabot away from Kay, not Nikki, after Kay hires someone to "help" Jill because Jill only obsesses about Jeff and Gloria, not her job at CI/Jabot.

Adrian has two babes snarking at one another over him: Colleen and Amber
Gloria and Jeff get Michael to help them achieve their goal: JABOT!
Michael agrees, but he wants something in return

Michael agrees to help Glo and Jeff buy into Jabot on one condition - Jeff must fork over the jar of cream.

Jeff is cool with that, but when he goes to get it, it turns out that Kyan (do I have her name right?), his Korean girlfriend, nabbed it and took it back to Korea when she left.

In other spoiler news (more in O&O's thread also on the board), Jack tweaks the Sabrina piece to include implications that she's an art fiend on the make with whatever guy will help her career. Victor goes ballistic and blames everyone at RS, Sharon is unhappy at what Jack did and rethinks her marriage again. Jack is unconcerned about messing with Victor, because he used to feel guilty about Nikki, Nick and Vicki, but now that everyone hates Victor, it's all cool.

M - Daniel informs his live in GF that he's going to be a living somewhere else guy now, Jill has a Jabot plan she wants Brad to be a part of, Jack tries to get Adrian out of GC before the mag hits the stands

T - Sabrina makes a peace offering to Vicki, Nikki wants Nick to be nice to poor David, Amber thinks Adrian should go to Australia

W - The magazine is now on sale, Sabrina is too mortified to go to the Gala pre-lunch, Nick figures out Jack altered the interview, Daniel tell his mom to bug off, then opines to Amber that she should keep their Adrian related bust up a secret

Th - Colleen figures out Adrian and Amber boinked, Victor tells his daughter in law and his ex daughter in law that he's going to get even with basically everyone at RS, Paul notices David's nose is growing, Colleen and Amber have a spat over the love professor

F - Nick and Vicki are cut out of Victor's will!!! Nikki buys a house for her and David to make into their home, Paul learns David Chow is a fake name user

Glad to hear Daniel is dumping Amber; maybe now that Lilly realizes what an idiot Cane is (really - being set up by TWO women in your lifetime?), she'll go back to Daniel. I liked that pairing!

Same here...this reminded me so much of my granny and her church. They always sang the old hymns and they are very comforting to me because of my association of them with my granny. Now, I've gotta find the sheet music for DH to play and sing...I'm fortunate to have a musical DH.

The song is "Softly and Tenderly." That's the kind of church music I grew up with and miss. The churches where I live are all going to the contemporary crap that all sounds the same. I hate it. Softly and Tenderly is one of my favorites. But I only heard the first line and hit FF because that showoff Mini Ethyl Merman gets on my one last nerve. "Can I sing you a special birthday song and have all the attention focused on ME????"

ACK! She annoys me!

Now as for Y&R lately...I am so mad...something happened with my recording of the July 4th episode while I was at WDW so I didn't get to see all the steamy swimsuit and spike heels. So when I started watching the Monday episode I was a little lost with the whole Amber/Adrian thing, but thank goodness for flashbacks.

I don't know...I think I'm in the minority here, but I like Sabrina speaking French once in a while. It's her second or maybe her first language and it's part of who she is. I have friends who are bilingual (either non-American or grew up with a non-American parent) and will speak the language other than English around their family and friends and once in a while they throw in a common phrase to just anyone so to me it's just natural.

And yes, Adam is getting hotter as the summer goes...amazing what you can do when take the farm boy off the farm and give him some easy money.

And how long do you think it's going to take for something to happen between Neil and Tyra?

Her and her daughter are so annoying....I have not had much of a chance the last 2 weeks due to vacation so only bits and pieces...will be heading out again Sunday for 14 days at DL and DCL so will miss more.

Yay!! Hopefully he'll take Sabrina with him.

This show makes me crazy! I've been watching it for 15 years now, and don't know why I still do!

I haven't watched today's show but a couple of thoughts from last week:

First of all, totally inappropriate to have that child singing at the bar! Looked creepy to me.

Cane has fired Chloe. For what? Ever heard of a sexual harassment suit? So stupid that he even THINKS to do this.

Restless Style wants to compete with the major magazines? Yeah, that's going to happen: you're based in WISCONSIN and you have a big nobody on your cover. Victoria looked gorgeous but c'mon - famous faces sell.

Adam's still hot though. And I totally get a kick out of Michael and Kevin - those two make the show, IMO!

I love Gloria and Jeff together...i think they will make a fun couple to watch connive everyone....he fit right in with Michael and the rest of the family....

Wonder what will happen with the cream situation....and how can Jack get away with changing Adrians article. I know Jack is sending him away but he will find out

Sabrina is going to start getting snippity with everyone....I see it coming. I bet her and Adam fall for each other down the line.....
