That is just so sad about Colleen.
I think the weight actually "fits" her because look at her mom Tracy. She is not a size 0 either.

I actually thought the same thing about her TV mom. They even resembled each other. They did NOT try to hide Tracy's weight though. They put it into her storyline. I questioned on this thread about Adrienne's tummy wondering if she was pregnant or had gained weight. They had her hiding behind big purses, serving dishes, dark clothes, etc. It was obvious they were hiding her belly.

That's a shame, but I really was not that fond of the actress and her storyline. The previous actress was too young looking though.

What a shame. I have to say I did not like her when she first started playing Colleen but she grew on me and I really started enjoyed her playing the character. I never even thought twice about her weight. I thought she was a great actress and I am saddened to hear this!

I only hope that GH brings her back to reprise the role of Brook Lynn. She was awesome in that role.

I also hope they don't bring the original Colleen. She is too young looking and the role requires maturity.

More than the actress, I don't like what they've done to her character. I wonder if they are shipping her off somewhere again and she will come back the same age as Brad.

She had grown on me too. She had made the character her own. I was just commenting that I'm glad GL has brought in some normal looking young girls-and they are even hooking them up with hot guys! Maybe there are other reasons for the firing, but it does look shady.

This could be interesting! If I remember correctly, she never knew Paul was her father. She and April stayed with Mary for awhile, but they decided not to tell her I think? I wonder how old she would be.

The firing of Adrianne Leon really upsets me. I watched the whole Tracy/Danny/Lauren thing back in the day. I always like the fact that Beth Maitland was a larger girl, and the show did a great job addressing it. I am very disappointed in the decision to let Leon go.

Bummer about Colleen, but her storyline had grown tiresome so maybe they will just ship her character off somewhere for awhile
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching all the craziness with the election and all the mud slinging. but will be glad to see it come to an end.

When are we going to find out more about Nick not being Summer's dad???????

I want Jack to win because Nikki has been a witch!

But I'm afraid Victor has something up his sleeve cause remember he is the one who convinced Jack to run and there was a reason for that (something to do with his getting revenge). I also remember Victor warning Nikki not to run against Jack as he won't be able to 'save her'.

I think Jack will win. I sure hope he does because I like his character and think he needs a break. I also can't wait to find out he is Summers dad. I really do not like Nikki.

I am really sad about Colleen. It sure sounds like it was due to her weight?!? That is so disappointing because she looks normal. Not everyone in that town can be a size 2. Lauren's shop must run out of size XS quickly!

I didn't care for Colleen in the beginning but she has sort of grown on me. I liked her and Adrian together. I think she looked terrific (the most normal looking female actress on that show as far as size) and if she was let go because of her weight then shame on them! Probably in reality she is still smaller than the average woman!

I meant to post this the other day, but we are moving and my mind is shot! The person who does the day ahead spoilers I read thinks the same thing. This has to do with Nick's memory. He told Logan he has a wife, son, and daughter. I think his memory is of Sharon, Noah, and a very much alive Cassie. I think that will explain the "strange reaction" he is going to have to his family next week. If his memory is of the past, he didn't even like Phylis, much less have a baby with her! Could be interesting! And could set up a Sharon/Nick, Jack/Phylis reunion.

did you see that the actress that plays Victoria is pregnant in real life with her husband who plays J.T.?

That's why she is pregnant again on the show so they could write it in to the storyline.
