Oh, but Y&R has gone there- thice that I can think of:

1- Cricket (Christine) was dating Scott and was even engaged to him (I think- it was a looong time ago), then found out that he was her 1/2 brother- I think they had the same father.

2- Mac and Billy were very close and about to marry when it was revealed that Katherine was actually Jill's mother. Mac was Katherine's granddaughter, and Billy was Jill's son- so Mac was actually Billy's cousin, I think.

Yeah, I remember those...but were those relationships "extra friendly"? I don't remember them as being so. But Colleen and Adrians certainly is!

I think Rebecca is her grandmother. She is George Kaplan's mother, Brad's real name. Adrian finds out that the real Brad Carlton's mother is dead, and he doesn't know about how Brad changed his identity to hide from the art thieves. And Colleen isn't supposed to tell anyone about her family's identity, only the Newmans know, so she can't tell Adrian.
