Despite being warned to stay away from Eden, Noah invites her over to the tack house while he babysits Summer (she was upstairs sleeping at the time) Phyllis asks Michael to stall Jack and Sharon's dinner at the club and to be there when Sharon recieves the bad news. Phyllis also calls Brad and asks that he wait at the club for when Sharon finds out the truth about Jack. Frank visits Victor in jail. He tells Victor he knows about the diary and could help Victor out, if Victor helps him! Victor gets tired of Frank beating around the bush and Frank eventually leaves While Phyllis distracts Nick in their room at the AC, Jack and Sharon are enjoying their dinner together until Michael interrupts confronting Jack about the diary. Sharon gets the papers Phyllis asked one of the waiters to deliver to her. Sharon confronts Jack. Jack claims to be a sex addict shocking Michael and Sharon

Next - Jack learns Sharon left with a gentleman (most likely Brad); Nick gets the feeling Phyllis is not telling him something; Nikki talks to Ashley about her visit w/ Victor

A Closer Look: Phyllis

This week Phyllis finally confesses to Nick about seeing the kiss he shared with his ex-wife Sharon in Paris. Michelle Stafford discusses the fallout in this summarized article.

Stafford says that Nick sees the cover of the latest issue of Restless Style and is shocked that Phyllis was really there in Paris. SOW asks if Phyllis is finally forced to admit that was in Paris for the photo shoot and Stafford replies that she thinks that Nick is finally forced to admit that he was kissing ex-wife.

SOW asks if Nick gets nervous when he realizes that Phyllis was there, and Stafford says that he's not nervous but starts to wonder what's going on and asks why she was in Paris and didn't let him know.

When SOW asked Stafford how Phyllis responds she says that at first Phyllis says that she and Nick never talked about it, but then she admits that she saw Nick and Sharon kissing. She says that Nick's a smart enough guy who pretty much puts two and two together, and that Phyllis is so hurt and completely devastated by the kiss and wants to know what was going on. Then again she doesn't want to know, because she thinks that Nick and Sharon are having an affair or had one. Nick has no idea what to do and that he's just trying to make Phyllis feel better and she's completely shattered.

SOW asks Stafford if Nick offers and explanation. Her response is that Nick says he and Sharon got caught up in the past and that they got caught up in Cassie dying and that is what the kiss was about. The kiss was just for a second but but they knew it was wrong.

SOW asks what Phyllis' reaction is and Stafford says that Phyllis isn't buying Nick's explanation, but at the same time she kind of does and kind of doesn't. Phyllis understands how the kiss could happen but at the same time it doesn't matter to her. Her husband kissed another woman. He has feelings for Sharon. Phyllis asks if it was him or Sharon who knew the kiss was wrong, Nick doesn't say anything, and that's when Phyllis realizes that Sharon's the one who stopped the kiss. Nick admits that it was Sharon who stopped the kiss, and that it was just one second before he would have.

SOW suggests that it wasn't Nicks smartest answer and Stafford replies that the joke on the set is what a tool Nick is. Stafford says that Josh was like, "This guy has no game."

SOW asks Stafford if Phyllis believes Nick when he assures her that she's the one he loves and nothing will ever happen with Sharon gain. Stafford says that Phyllis saw two people kissing who needed each other, that were clinging onto each other for dear life. It's a thing between Nick and Sharon that she can't understand, it's something she can't have, that Nick and Sharon have together. It's a lot more threatening then just some other woman.

SOW then asks if Phyllis believes Nick when he tells her that it was just a kiss and nothing more. Stafford says that Phyllis buys it, because she really wants to. She says that Nick loves her and Phyllis believes it and that's why she likes this story, because Nick really does love his wife.

SOW asks why Phyllis ends up telling Jack about the Nick and Sharon's kiss. Stafford says that Phyllis sees Jack who acts like his and Sharon's relationship is fine. Jack basically says that Phyllis's scheme to break up his and Sharon's marriage didn't work, which leads to Phyllis to ask him why Sharon was kissing her husband Nick. Phyllis throw it in Jack's face because she wants him to work things out with Sharon. Phyllis wants Jack to do something and stop screwing up his marriage.

SOW asks Stafford if Phyllis can get past this. Stafford says she thinks it can happen and that Phyllis loves her husband and will do everything she can to save her marriage.

During an argument with Lily about staying away from Cane Chloe falls off a ladder and is rushed to the hospital. The baby is fine. When Billy hears about Chloe's accident he visits her in the hospital. A nurse comes in and asks Chloe how far along she is. Billy notices that Chloe's hesitates before she answers. He finds the nurse and tricks her into telling him how far along Chloe is and finds out she is further along than she was pretending. Billy realizes he is the father and is stunned. He confides in Jack who tells him to think hard about what he wants to do. Billy runs into Lily who tells him how ready Cane was to be a father when she was pregnant and what a wonderful father he will be to Chloe's baby. Billy comes to the conclusion that Cane would be a better father to the baby than he would and decides to keep quiet about being the baby's father.

Sharon is pissed that Jack lied to her again, she leaves. Sharon leaves a message on Nick's voicemail but Phyllis deletes it and tells Brad to make his move. Brad pretends to not know what is going on and offers Sharon a ride home Nikki accuses Ashley of knowing how her meeting with Victor would go. Nikki believes Ashley wanted things to go that way Victor meets Frank again and makes an offer to help Frank's family in exchange for information about the diary. Frank agrees and tells him about Jack's involvement but Michael says that information is of no help to them. Later, Victor tells Ashley he knows Jack was involved in the forged diary Jack returns home and is pissed to see Brad there. Sharon is furious with Jack but this doesn't stop Jack from wanting Brad to leave. Brad pretends to leave but lurks around outside. Jack admits he lied at the club and wants to come clean w/ Sharon but Sharon no longer believes what Jack has to say. Sharon asks Jack to pack a bag and move out tonight! Jack leaves. Sharon thinks about her kiss with Nick, Brad comes back and offers comfort to an upset Sharon

Next - Ashley wants the truth from Jack; Lily gives Cane a kiss on the cheek, Chloe sees this and confronts her later
