You'llnever believe the email Disney resorts sent me!

Now I have heard about the postcards that others have recieved and I have longed for one. But yet I never got one. Well Today I was checking my email and recieved an offer for $49 a night in a value or $79 a night for a mod.! I thought it was another discount but it had a pin attached to it and stated that I need to give it to the agent at disney to apply it to my room. I called and gave it to the reservations agent and it worked, I just have to bring a printout of the email with the pin. Can you believe it, a email postcard! Has anyone else gotten one of these? I love saving money!

That is really cool. I have never received either an email discount or postcard. Are you an annual passholder or survey responder? If so, maybe that's why you received it.

I got it too...my first "contact" offer ever...all other deals we've gotten were thru Mouseavers and here! Grabbed 3 nights @ WL in Dec for 121 woods view.

I'm not an AP holder. When I was talking to CRO they said something to the fact that I was on the mailing list. I wonder if that was it. Either way I made our reservations for Sept a week ago and then I got this. When I called to change them the guy seemed very confused about the email. He said that he had never heard of it.

I have gotten E-mail discounts in past years, but haven't received this one yet, maybe in the next run of them.
