I had to keep Seth home from school today because of the creeping crud. We live right across the street from the school he goes to. He keeps going to the window and looking out, and then looking at me and hissing at me. I told him he can go tomorrow if he feels better, but he just keeps hissing at me.

LOL! My ds has a fit if he has to miss school too. This year he hates going to school, but on the weekends/inservice days/sick days, he asks 5 million times "Do I go back to school tomorrow?"

Poor Seth. I hope the creeping crud goes away soon so he can stop hissing at you.

J.C. is the same way. Hes been begging me to let him go back to after school daycare. (I don't have to work anymore so he doesn't have to go to daycare) Now you would think okay well they play all the time but they have teachers in there that tutor them on anything they have problems with and then they do their homework etc. Its really a wonderful program but its also rather expensive and there is no reason for him to go anymore. He asks me on a weekly basis if he can go back.

LOL..... sounds like my kids.... when my dd was about 3 her Dad made a rule..... "No growling, no hissing- no lashing things together." She would tie EVERYTHING in the house together and then when you'd try to walk across the room......OY!

cause the creeping crud is a millitary term for the thing that happens to soldiers who are unable to take showers and wash properly starts in your backside I think

I really didn't think he had actual creeping crud
DH read the blacksheep squadron book and had to read it aloud to me detailing how bad they got actually creeping crud etc
it was pretty gross
