You won't believe what happened......

Well, I hadn't gotten my ME tags yet and we leave in 10 days, so I called today to find out why. Let's go back a little....I booked my flight in Feb. and called Disney with my flight times for ME. Then in March, AA changed our times so I called back and gave Disney the new schedule. Two days ago, I called Disney to inquire about my ME tags and info and the CM told me she didn't know exact info, but just wait and watch the mail. Today, I called again and the CM put me on hold for a long time, then asked if my reservation papers said Magical Express anywhere on them. I told her no, but that I'd already given my flight info in Feb and March and just needed my tags and packet. Well, she didn't find ME anywhere attached to my reservation and they didn't know I was using it and never sent me tags or anything! She said it was too late to get the tags and stuff in the mail, but she added it to my ressie and when we get to the airport, we have to go to baggage claim and find our luggage, find a CM, drag it to their ME counter and give them our res. # and they will put tags on there and take care of our luggage. This is our first trip and I've been so excited waiting for the mail everyday for those cute little tags. But maybe this is a good sign! You know how weddings always have something go wrong and you're just dreading waiting to see what it'll be. Our wedding invitations were not the design we chose and had the wrong address, but I was glad that the bad thing happened early and not on the day. Well, I'm hoping this is like that and this is the only error our trip will have and the rest will be absolutely magical! :wizard:
 
Same thing happened to me yesterday! I called to see where the tags were and why it was not listed on my itinerary and CM said we don't have you as using the transportation. I also told her that when I booked I gave all flight info. Anyway, she fixed it and said my tags would be expressed to me.
 
Checked last week for us was told yep we're there but still no tags yet if not here by sat or sun will call back You all got me worried now
 
We meet with our travel agent today and she insisted that Disney told them this week that if any of their clients don't get the tags in the mail by trip time they should just go to the Magical Express counter at the airport and show their resort reservation confirmation sheets from Disney and give them your luggage claim tickets and they will get your luggage for you and take it to your resort.
Now I don't know if this is true or if she was just blowing smoke.
