Scarlett Lillian is a photographer out of Jacksonville, Fl I think. These are shoes from one of her brides. She has shot alot of local weddings but has also shot the Preston Baily collection for Sandals resort. If you are thinking of using her, remember maybe not so much if budget it a concern.
