Your three year old son wakes up and the first thing out of his mouth is:

"Mommy, I want to go to the Magic Kingdom today and go on It's a Small World. Then we can take the monorail to the Polynesian because that's the hotel I want to stay at."

DH and I were just laughing and laughing. If only it were that easy...

Instead, he's watching the video from our summer trip when we stayed at the Polynesian. I think he likes it there better than the WL. DH and I love them both!

Scanne, I definetly created a Disney monster! When my daughter was little, she handed my husband and I a folded piece of paper and asked us to sign it. We thought it was cute so we did. After it was signed she opened it up and it was a CONTRAK (well she was very little and couldnt spell that good) It said that we promise to take her and her brother to Disneyworld. It was the funniest thing, well it was Easter coming up so we actually did go!! We were thinking of going, but since we signed the "contrak" that gave us the incentive we needed!

You know your little guy and I must be on the same page because I woke up this morning and thought today would be a great morning to be at MK! And I live in Illinois.

When we were returning from the Renaissance Festival last week, my 5 year old kept saying he wanted to go back to the hotel. "What hotel?" we asked. We've listed our recent hotel stays in St. Louis, Cape May, NJ, and the Contemporary. He kept repeating that he wanted to go to the Fish and the Goose hotel. We finally figured out he was talking about the Swan/Dolphin.

We just returned 3 weeks ago from our second trip to WDW since May :cool1: ..On and off since arriving back home, our DS7 has been sobbing uncontrollably in bed at night and when we go to see what is wrong (thinking a nightmare!), he simply says through his tears "I miss Disney.. I want to go baaaaaack...". He's breaking our hearts so much that we have shared with him and DD that we are planning to maybe go on DCL Dec '06 to offer some consolation, but that seems sooooo far away! (We normally would not tell the kids about a trip THIS early, even before we have booked for sure!) Maybe our surprise 2nd trip this year wasn't the best idea afterall :confused3 because everyone wants to go back now! (...And that's not even mentioning what DH has been like since we are back to reality either! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: )

We came back June 13th and my DS still can't stop talking about it. All his pics at school are about Disney, he makes me promise that we're going back, etc. etc. We better come up with some $$ somehow!! :teeth:

I agree with him. I wanna go back now too, but I have a little less than 4 monthes to go.

How funny! :teeth: I wish my boyfriend shared my love for Disney.. It makes it almost impossible to get to go.. although I have been lucky enough to go 3 times in 5 years, its not quite enough.. I have talked him into DCL next November but he's not happy about it.. I almost feel like telling him to stay home and me and the kids will go and have a wonderful time. :p
