You know you're a Disney Family When....

When you 11 year old son has two Disney, I guess you would call them documentaries (one is behind the scenes at Disney and something about Disney Magic) on the DVR that he refuses to delete.

He says he watches them when he is sad because Disney makes him so happy!

You have a Mickey Mouse head brick patio in your backyard and call it your hidden Mickey (we have firepits on it in the summer and take the laptop outside to watch Disney movies).

You have a room in your house dedicated to just Disney. We have our sunroom all Disney'd out with pictures and souveniers from our trips.

Your 13 year DS has 9 Donald Duck t-shirts, has some Disney web thing on his computer so we know who the character of the day is everyday and he is working towards being in the Disney College program.

When your DD age 9 says her favorite place to shop is China in EPCOT.

When you have Disney Family Theme Nights for the 12 weeks prior to your trip and your Disney countdown starts at 108 days (On 3 large poster charts, I made 108 squares with 36 squares on each poster. The squares are different colored paper that all had Mickey heads on them with the number of days left. Behind each square was a picture from a previous trip. The kids loved looking back and remember all the fun we've had).

When you wake up on Saturday morning to your five year old son "planning" his upcoming trip to WDW in his Cars notebook while watching Disney Channel and listening to the mouse world radio app on his iPod touch. Makes my heart happy!

When you are moving into your DREAM HOUSE next week and you have already lined up a contractor to come and get started on turning your 3 year old son's room into the Wilderness Lodge even though he really wants spider man or sharks but you are trying to convince him that wilderness lodge is totally cooler and you have ordered vintage mickey camping sheets online to make the pillows etc. If I can find a way to get the bridge from WL built into the room somehow I know I will be set, but the only way I can see adding in a bridge is to the bathroom and then the door won't close. He has spent hours on that bridge and loves it. We will probably add a pool in a year and I am totally stealing the hidden mickey paver ideas.

When your 2 year old kids cry if you try to make them watch a show on *gasp* Nickelodeon.

When you and your husband watch YouTube videos of ANYTHING DW related every weekend.

When you order a vacation planning DVD every year to get your fix :)

It's awesome to have boards like this where other people get you! Everyone else just thinks we're crazy!

When you paint your basement rec room a nice shade of blue, just because it's a color that looks nice with the carpet and the new tan furniature and your husband says "Do you know what color blue that is?" and you reply "Yah, I think it's colonial blue or something like that." and he says "No, it's the color of Donald Duck's jacket!"

When ever you go out to eat your DH or DD 12 ask for CRT or Boma.

On Car Rides you play when we go to Disney I'm going to take alphabet game.

You DS 19 months loves to play hide & seek with Pal Mickey. Mickey hides and he seeks.

DD is planning her 16th birthday for Disney so she can do the behind the scene's tours. Finally!

When you decided to have a 2nd child, your first asks "Does that mean no more Disney?"

1. When you play the Disney letter game at dinner every night (A- Alice, B - Baloo, C- Cinderella, and so on...). We're so competitive that the older kids google them to come up with obscure names to win!

2. When your 3 yr old DS can find his way around MK by himself

3. When your friends pimp you out as WDW travel agents to their friends & family.

4. When any spare change you have goes right into the Disney Dream Jar.

when your daughter hums along with "when you wish upon a star" and shouts "disney" at the beginning of a disney movie. (this started when she was 18 months)

when your 3 1/2 year old son plays the "best friends game" and his matches only include family members or disney characters. (buzz and woody, mommy and daddy, lightning mcqueen and mater...)

...when I tuck my 2 year old in and every night she says "Us go to Disney World in the morning?"

When, even now, they still think that every time we are all in the car that we are going to the airport.

When we say we are going away, and no one needs to ask where.

when they can describe a meal, and know exactly where they are.

This is fantastic!!! LOVE it!!

I LOVE THIS THREAD!!! IT'S ALL SOOOO TRUE!

Here's a few more.

- When your 11yo DS wants Mickey Mouse clubhouse colors in his room
- When you unpack from a WDW trip you set aside what you'll need for your next WDW trip
- When you have a huge plastic bin dedicated to WDW trips (fans, ponchos, pressed pennies, pins, ears, waist packs.
- When you see friends and their first question is when is your next trip and are automatically referring to your next WDW trip.
- When you buy every Disney game for the Wii and Xbox Kinect! (Rush is awesome by the way!)
- When bath time talk to jeopardy style disney questions..

Keep them coming!

You know your a disney family when you go into PDD (Post-Disney Depression) after you leave, and are already planning your next trip (only 5 months!!!)

You know you are a Disney family when:

*When your DH has extra cash in his wallet and tells you to put it in the Disney fund pig.

*When your DS was 5 months old and spit up on the floor and when you looked down it was a perfect shape of a Mickey head.

*you have the Disney family stickers on the back window of your SUV (DH, ME, DS, Dog, and Cat). The ones with the mouse ears on.

*When your 11 month old DS stops everything when he hears Mickey Mouse come on the TV and starts bouncing around.
