I had a women who won 2 of my auctions on the same day 28 days ago. She finally paid today-- which was the day I could file for my fees back (I had already started the NPB process). She kept telling me she would pay, so on and so forth. Last weekend she told me she had a death in her family and was out of town for a few days, but she'd pay the next morning. I had alreadt been told she'd SENT a money order at least 3 times. Then I finally emailed her once last time Friday night letting her know that Sunday a.m. I was filing for my fee's and relisiting (both of these items had a lot of bids). I can understand a hardship, but she had lied about sending payment so many times (at least 4). Then she was back for almost a week and still no payment.
So I left her neutral feedback. I really wanted to leave negative, but didn't in light of her troubles. I did however, also send her an email letting her know I had left her neutral feedback, and why. Was that out of line? In the email I just told her I had packaged her items up, and they'd go priority tomorrow. Then I let her know I left her feedback and it was neutral. I told her I did this because she hadn't met the term of the auction. I left it at that.

. I had won an auction about a month ago for an "Orlando Entertainment Book". Which is exactly how the item was labeled and described (no pics). Anyhow I received it and it turned out to be those coupon booklets you can get for free throughout all of Kissimee/Orlando. I then emailed the seller, and after a couple times he finally emailed back saying I could return the item for a full refund. (He even states 100% guarantee in his auction). Anyhow I returned it and I know he got it (used DC) over a week ago. Now, he won't return my emails, nor will he return my money. I paid by echeck w/ paypal if that makes a difference. I just went to check his feedback (which was up over a 1000) and all of a sudden he has a bunch of negs and neutrals from the last week. All people complaining the item was misrepresented. He reponses to each of these feedbacks saying-- email me and I'll refund you. I however, for one, know he isn't responding.
