You can tell you're a Disney Lunatic when...

And another one...

When you're sitting at work, in the single digit countdown, and everything you read reminds you of Disney so you can't get anything done. The order I'm processing has:

EAR
POP
CAY

And several other abbreviations that can be Dis related. And it's even worse when you're trying to figure out what Dis they relate too if they AREN'T obviously Disney!

Or when your co-worker who you talk to about Disney interrupts you and asks when you're leaving....and what the heck will you talk about when you get back! The next trip of course, lol!

When the language you speak is dis abbreviations.

Today we are heading to "MK" to ride the "TTA" and eat at "CRT."

And your wife knows exactly what you are talking about.

This thread is SOOO funny! I'm not so bad after all, in fact I'm completely normal here in our own little "world"!
Thanks I feel better now!!) :worship:

TOTALLY LUNATIC !!!

I can't tell you how freaked out I was when I called and the ADR customer service rep told me I was "okay" because I was 89 days out!!! Couldn't believe I had miss-counted the days.

We'll see you that week at PC!!!!!!

Boy do I relate!!!! How about every single chance your four-year-old gets a chance to make mickey out of any single item she can and it just tickles you to death.

When you find hidden Mickey's where ever you go!

The other day my wife pointed one out to me at the gym. On this one machine if you lift a certain amt of weight, there is an indentation from the weight above it that is undeniably a hidden Mickey.....at the YMCA.....in PA. :rotfl2:

Also, I drive for a living and and last night I was on I-95 in PA and there was a freight train on the other side of the highway with 3 really bright lights on the front. Darn it if it wasn't an upside down Mickey!

If these were isolated instances I may still think we were normal......oh well!!!

When you get a job at the Disney Store just so you can be around Disney 24/7 and be able to talk to fellow Disney lovers without getting the :crazy2: look that your DH gives you because you talk too much about it. Also, having the CM discounts is a big plus :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

oooh. this is a great idea. i should do this!:goodvibes (i'm a SAHM for now!)

.....when the suggestions on this thread make you feel normal:rotfl2: :magnify:

Yes! we're normal! It's just everyone else that's weird!:rotfl:

Here was my moment::blush:

I was walking into the post office wearing my WDW shirt carrying my keys with my Disney keychains, leaving my car with my WDW moms panel bumper magnet thing and lime green mickey head dangling from my rearview mirror, going in to buy Disney stamps to mail my Disney credit card bill.

Oh yes, I've got it bad!

And I'll be in the motherland in 10 days!!!!!!!!!party:

When your next trip in 35 days will be your 4th in a 12 month time span. And all your friends & co-workers e-mail/stop by your cubical to ask you Disney questions. Of course I always refer them to the DIS Boards!

maux:donald:

All the posts in the thread sounds normal to me!

I especially agree with planning another WDW trip or a cruise (never been on one but would LOVE to go) and I haven't even gone on the upcoming trip yet!

:rotfl2: Thats too funny! My DH looks at me the same way when I do all my Dis talk! Maybe I should get a job at the Dis Store too!:lmao:

Heres mine....instead of counting sheep at night to get to sleep, I count ADRs!! :faint: :jumping3: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

when different things you do, see, small, and hear remind you of disney:) I swear i can't do one day without talking about it-- or having something remind me off it-- i think i am obsessed:) but it a good way

I have you beat. I was up at 4:45am mountain two weeks ago to make my ADR's. I had to hit redial twice because I was about 5 seconds too early the first time.

Check out my pre-trippie in the pre-trippie section under ChefMickey123

...when you don't even bother to unpack everything because you know you are going again soon. When you own two pair of sneakers that you ONLY use at DisneyWorld (ok I used them at Disneyland too!). When you start planning your next trip before you leave Disney from present trip. When cast members remember you.

OK I will stop now. I am really Disney obsessed!!

You listen to the Wishes soundtrack on the way to work (no kids in the car) just to remember the magic, you carry at least one disney guide book to work just in case you get a second, your work scrubs have Mickey on them, your socks have Minnie on them, your earrings are Mickey, your badge holder is a Disney Cruise Line Holder - man I have it bad!!!!!!

When you get up on Easter Morning before your kids to do your ADR's cause it is your 180 days out and make them stay upstairs to see if the bunny has come so you can finish.

when every night at the supper table we talk about what restaurants we want to try and Disney music is playing in the car whenever we are traveling.

you set your alarm for 6a.m. 90 days out from arrival just so you can have your tentative dining ressies sitting in front of you and already have Disney dialed in your phone so you can just hit redial:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

:cheer2: YAY FOR 90 DAYS OUT:cheer2:

Or when you live on the west coast so you have to make ressies at 4AM... I just don't sleep then as I normally go to bed at 12-1AM... it's just hard to wake up after a couple of hours and be on my A-game.
