I did a quick scan and it looks like the minimum cost is $1.5 million.

Base price is 1.5 million and rises to 3 million +. Minimum buy-in/deposit is $25k.

And it's just a proposed project, it isn't built yet and there is no guarantee it will ever be. It's all in the fine print.

Celebration was developed by the WDC. I used to live there but these new homes are actually on property. Celebration is just a few miles from WDW. Around 10 or so minutes
Ill take Celebration over the new proposed ones anyday!
