For under $200.00!!! 
It ended up being the only thing I got on-line today, but I'm happy.
We got it from Walmart. I don't know if it was my lousy internet service, or my even lousier computer, or just massive traffic at Walmart's site (or maybe all three things), but it took me forever to get my order through.
I got the Panasonic mini-DV for about $100.00 less than the regular price - can't complain too much about that.
So what about anybody else? What great deals did you fight and scratch your way for today?
