Yom Kippur?? Three/Four - Day Holiday?

How many schools in FL are closed for Yom Kippur? Is it the whole state, or just some counties? How will it affect the park crowds/MNSSHP on Monday?????

MANY schools if not MOST schools (at least in FL) are closed on Monday. This is a 3 day weekend so A LOT of Floridians are here this weekend, including us! I saw LOTS of Miami people driving up on the turnpike yesterday along with us.

I heard Epcot was packed today, but MGM was very manageable? Some local Orlando folks sat by us at dinner and told us many attractions at MGM were "walk ons" today BUT I don't know what time this was, etc...yet F&W naturally made EPCOT a madhouse, didn't hear feedback on MK or AK. We're avoiding DIS parks until Monday. I think a lot of people will head back on Monday.

South Fl schools may be closed, but here in central Fl we're not...at least not in Volusia county, but to tell the truth, I haven't heard anything about Seminole, Orange, Osceola or Brevard having off either.

That's very cool that some of you are getting Yom Kippur off! I'm in western NYS and none of the schools are off, plus I had to use vacation time from work. I miss S. Florida!
