YOAMD Pool Hopper Passes!

I just spoke to a friend who said that while in the Concierge Lounge at CR yesterday, they were approached by a Dream Team CM and given a YOAMD Pool Hopper Pass for their entire family for their entire stay. The family loved it so much, they immediately went back to their room at POP to change into their bathing suits and then took the bus to the Poly for a swim. They will tell us more about the other pools once they've had a chance to swim in them.

That's really cool...but if they were staying at POP what where they doing in the CR concierge lounge? Just Curious...

I just wanted to point out that"if" this is true it would have be done by the hotel CM's, it would not have been a Dream Squad cast member issuing this kind of thing. The actual Year of a Million Dreams "Dream Squad CM's" are only in the 4 theme parks, the water parks and at Downtown Disney. They are not at the hotels

If they truly did get such a prize, that is awesome...

And in the Concierge lounge too. You know-the lounge that is only for concierge guests of the Contemporary. I think someone is trying to pull one over on us or doesn't know the correct terminology.

Just got a call from a friend who got a pool-hopper pass, good anywhere refillable mug, and salad bowl for use at Pecos Bills. Dreams really do come true!

Apparently, the only time they saw any police, Disney Security actually, was when someone at the Poly had tried to enter the pool there WITHOUT showering first, a rule clearly posted by the pools entrance. He said he nearly dropped his drink mug when he saw them escorting the couple out.

seriously, you can swim anywhere no one would ever stop you. I spent summers in orlando and my grandmother worked at disney and we always pool hopped. The only people that would possibly care would be the grand floridian, because, well....you know how they can be

Hey! Poolhopper passes aren't a myth! We got them in 2000 when staying at the Poly while the Volcano Pool was under rehab. Yep, those magic words "poolhopper" appeared right on our tickets! If only we'd realized we were living a Disney fantasy.
