I just wanted to share my good news with all of you. I am a first time cruiser who loves WDW!! Sooo I'm giving my 11 yr old dd different boxes for Christmas this year and one of those boxes will have 3 day land/4 night sea tickets inside for a Cat 7 and we are staying at the Beach Club First, I am staying at the Westgate Villas for 3 nights at a phenomonal price of $129.00, then onto WDW property to stay at possibly Pop Century for one night and then to the Beach Club for 3 nights. So we have a total of 7 nights in Orlando and then the 4 night Bahamas Cruise!!! I can't wait. Oh yeah we sail on the May 8th 2005 cruise. I want to share with you the wonderful service I received from Dana of Cruise Planners. She's awesome and the best part is she got me room #6134 which is a room with a verandah partially obstructed for the price of a navigator's verandah Yeah!!!! She gave me plenty of tips and advice and is just a wonderful TA to deal with. I highly recommend her!!! That's it for now, I'll be posting again soon as I have many questions and need all the expert advice I can get lol !!!

Secondly, congrats on the reservation and what a lovely surprise for your DD. Have that camcorder ready to capture the moment! How are you going to keep this a secret until Christmas? Sounds like you are about to burst with excitement!!!

Thank you Tandyc & Emmasgrammy and yes I am about to burst!! It will be a miricle if she doesn't guess something is up, but I really am going to try to keep it a secret. I am still working out the details at this point which is the best. Thank you for welcoming me to the boards. I'm new to the cruise portion of the boards but am very familiar with disboards and love them. The people are the best!!!

We too did something similiar last year with our 2 dd's.
We planned our trip to disney and kept it a secret for over a year and awoke them on the morning of our flight with a hand delivered letter from Mickey and friend's. It is a moment that will stay with my hubbie and myself for ever, yes it was hard, but golly it was worth it.
Anyway we are sailing on the 19th of may just after you and again our children are not aware of it, they know that we are going to florida on holiday, but the cruise will be a surprize for them!!!!
Burst is a bit of an understatement, as you will no.
They keep looking at the video and chat merrily about how lovely it would be to go on a big ship, 'do you think we could go on a disney ship one day mummy'?
I keep coming back with the well you know we would love to ,BUT it is a lot of money.
Cruel aren't I , but they are the best kids ever and just smile and say perhaps one day we might( heart melt's at this point and eye's go glassy !!)

Whatever you do, do not give in to the sales tactics made by the people at Westgate. Otherwise, their resorts are great. Do a search on Westgate and you'll get more info.

I can't wait to go now I'm sooo excited Staylor I absolutely will not give in to any sales from Westgate. I just got a great price for the 3 nights so I figure I may as well do it so I can save some $$$ and go to Universal and Discovery Cove!!!
